The Story
We teamed up with the management staff at TransCanada Safety because their website was very hard to navigate for their customers. The website was a large one with thousands of product SKU’s so we needed to make sure that the website was organized properly so customers could see all the products and services available. We worked to bring their website up to date and modernized in terms of visual appearance as well as functionality. We implemented a ‘Get a Quote’ function where customers could choose products from any catalogue and submit to get a quote for their order before purchasing. We provide ongoing support for the TransCanada team, we also facilitate online training sessions when new staff members join.
